PINE GROVE RENTAL RATES 

Additional Terms and Requirements:

• Your reservation is secure only upon receipt of deposit.
• Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to your event.
• If you CANCEL your reservation at least 60 days before the event you will receive a 100% refund.  Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.  Events cancelled less than 30 days before the event will receive no refund. 
• Rates may change without notice.  The quoted rates will be honored ONLY upon receipt of booking deposit.
• We may be able to provide a discount if you are interested in a bulk rental of 200 or more hours per year.
• Our venue is "self-service:" you will need to set up the available chairs and tables yourself.
  (See FAQs page under "Rental Info " for number and size of furnishings we provide for your use.)
• You are welcome to use our Audio-Visual system; there are written instructions on site or print them out here.  No attendant will be available to run the equipment for you.
• You will be charged $100 if you fail to lock and secure the building when you leave.

PLEASE RESPECT OUR HISTORIC BUILDING!

We can maintain our reasonable rental rates only if our guests take care
when using and enjoying the building. 
Please follow the rules we set forth in your rental contract
and be aware of the historic nature of the building and the floors.

Need Flowers?

Purchase fresh-cut Dahlia arrangements and bouquets at reasonable prices
from Friends of North County Recreation District, a Nehalem-based non-profit organization. 
The group raises money for scholarships and community programs and
will work with you to create custom arrangements for your special event.
