Meetings, Parties, Memorials, Lectures, Bazaars, Weddings, etc

Monday thru Thursday,   Year Round

 $50 per hour, 3 hour minimum
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays Oct 1 - Apr 30 

 $75 per hour, 3 minimum

over 3 hours $1,000
 Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays May 1 - Sept 30

 $75 per hour

3 hour minimum

over 3 hours, $1,750

 Discount for Pine Grove Member in good standing, dues paid no later than March of previous year

Cleaning fee (1 hour minimum)Required cleaning will be deducted from the cleaning/damage deposit.  Assessed damage deducted from same.

Additional trash cans (first two trash cans free) 


 $20 each 

Renters MUST carry private event insurance and name Pine grove as additional insured. RENTERS who serve, sell or allow attendees to consume their own alcoholic beverages during the rental event must include in the insurance requirement a Liquor Liability Endorsement that also names Pine Grove as an additional insured.

  • Your reservation is secure only upon receipt of deposit.
  • Payment in full must be received 60 days prior to your event.
  • Rates may change without notice.  The quoted rates will be honored ONLY upon receipt of booking deposit.
  • We may be able to provide a discount if you are interested in a bulk rental of 200 or more hours per year.
  • Our venue is "self-service:" you will need to set up the available chairs and tables yourself.
    (See FAQs page under "Rental Info " for number and size of furnishings we provide for your use.)
  • You are welcome to use our Audio-Visual system; there are written instructions on site or you can print them out here.  No attendant will be available to run the equipment for you.
  • $100 security fee may be charged if the building is not locked upon your departure.


PLEASE RESPECT OUR HISTORIC BUILDING!

We can maintain our reasonable rental rates only if our guests take care
when using and enjoying the building. 
Please follow the rules we set forth in your rental contract
and be aware of the historic nature of the building and the floors.
