Community Use Program

Reduced Rate Access for Community Centered Events

The Community Use Program (CUP) provides reduced rate access to The Pine Grove Community House. CUP welcomes nonprofit organizations, community groups, and individuals hosting public events that  serve a clear community benefit, align with our mission, and are not intended for private or personal financial gain.

CUP is designed to keep The Pine Grove accessible for community centered activities and to support a model in which community groups and individuals help shape the programs, gatherings, and uses that define the space over time.

The Community Use Program will continue to develop as participation grows and operational needs evolve. Program details may be updated periodically to ensure the space can be offered responsibly and sustainably.

CUP is intended for public, community oriented uses. Eligible activities include:

  • Not for profit sponsored events

  • Community groups hosting public or low cost programs

  • Educational, civic, cultural, or service oriented gatherings
